Shanghai Stock Exchange Rolls out New Portal to Facilitate New Listings

The SSE (Shanghai Stock Exchange) has rolled out new services to support new listings and help companies better connect with the capital markets.
The new "Enterprise Listing Special Service Area" on the SSE website provides enterprises with business handling and information inquiry services, including evaluation reports, issuance and listing assistance, policy and regulatory information, and roadshow training.
Based on analysis of issuer data, the portal provides assessments to companies to identify gaps and determine what aspects they need to optimise to become ready for a new listing.
The portal also provides guidance to enterprises on listing planning, intermediary institutions, institutional reform and due diligence, application review, underwriting and offering, listed operations, and the relevant rules and processes of the SSE.
The SSE said the portal will help strengthen enterprises' understanding of the capital market, drive business growth, and serve the high-quality development of the real economy.
