Shopify Enters Partnerships with Payoneer, PayGlocal, and TazaPay

Ecommerce platform Shopify has partnered with cross-border payment providers Payoneer, PayGlocal, and Tazapay to improve cross-border commerce for merchants in India.

The partnership follows Shopify's focus in promoting cross-border business by enabling merchants to have payments received with hassle-free procedures and decreased transaction fees. 

Following the Payoneer, PayGlocal, and Tazapay association, Shopify is set to add over 80 new payment methods to the platform, delivering better conversion, lower transaction fees, and expanding the international payments' acceptance. 

The new payment methods are set to become available to all Shopify merchants, enabling them to process payments in an easy manner though localised payment modes that are present in different countries across the world. The initiative is also thought to help promote stability in cross-border payments, enabling both merchants and customers to take full advantage of the platform.
