Skilling Appoints Leticia Luengo Ortega as Global Head of CRM

Fazzaco learned that Skilling, a high-growth fintech company focused on CFD trading, has appointed Leticia Luengo Ortega as Global Head of CRM, effective from September 2022.

Leticia is a marketing, CRM and customer experience Director with more than 13 years of experience working with companies in multiple industries. Prior to joining Skilling, she was Head of Marketing Strategy at Plan International, where she initially joined in 2019 as Head of Customer Experience.

Prior to that, she served as Senior Retail Marketing Coordinator and Digital Content Manager at The Bicester Collection. During her career she has worked with other names such as Avon, Estee Lauder, Opinno and so on.

Leticia' appointment at Skilling came when the broker is already making some major changes to its leadership this year. The company has earlier announced the appointments of Jon Squires, Daniela Egli, Ana Cavero, Judita Simkeviciute and David Hodge, as its Executive Chairman, CEO Cyprus Office and Group COO, Global Product Head, Group Compliance Head and Chief Marketing Officer respectively.
