Solitics Launches Integration of Business Intelligence and Customer Engagement

Solitics, a customer engagement & analytics platform, announced that it has developed a proprietary connectivity and data-processing layer to automate the entire data processing, aiming to facilitate clients through the integration of business intelligence (BI) and real-time customer engagement automation.

With this integration , the platform enables the company's clients to launch an advanced BI and customer engagement solution within a few days. Early in July 2020, Solitics announced the support for MetaTrader integration to enable brokers to communicate with their traders in real-time.

The company added that the newly developed product easily integrates with any data source and automates the entire data processing (previously a manual procedure).
