Spain's CNMV Flags Four Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission, the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has updated its warning list on Monday (November 6, 2023), with the addition of four unregistered financial entities.
Below are the four entities and corresponding websites:
ADMFX - admfx-vip.com
EOSTEADER, BITGO GLOBAL - eosteader.top
FXG MARKETS INVESTMENT – fxgmarkets.com
GERSTAR CAPITAL FUND – gerstarcapital.eu
The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision.
