Spain's CNMV Flags Four Unregistered Entities
The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has updated its warning list, with the addition of four unregistered financial entities.
Below are the four entities and corresponding websites:
XTRADER 365 - XTRADER365.COM/
EMX GLOBAL PRO - emxglobalpro.com
WAYSTONESHARES (CLON) - waystoneshare.com (clon). It has no relationship with the entities duly registered with the CNMV that include in their name the word WAYSTONE.
TRIVE 04 (CLON) - trive04.com (clon). It is not related to, nor a TRIVE domain.
The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision.
Last week, the regulator has warned against dozens of unregistered international financial entities.
