Spain's CNMV Flags Three Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has on Monday updated its warning list, with the addition of three unregistered financial entities.
Below are the three entities and corresponding websites:
SF CAPITAL - sfcapital.com
PORTAL INVERSOR - portal-inversor.com/
tradingav.org
The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision.
Previously, the regulator has warned against ten unregistered international financial entities.
