Spain's CNMV Flags Twelve Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has on Monday updated its warning list, with the addition of twelve unregistered financial entities.

Below are the twelve entities and corresponding websites:

• MERIDIAN FINANCE - meridianfinance.pro

• BIT MATIC - maticbit.com

• CRYPTOSMARKET - cryptosmarket.io

• NASDOX FX / NASDR STOCK MARKET LLC / NASDOXFX - nasdoxfx.com/

• TRADEULTRAPRO - tradeultrapro.com

• CAPIX TRADE - capixtrade.com

• PHIXIUS - phixius.es

• DIGI-TRADE / DIGITRADE - wt.digi-trade.ltd/ / user.digi-trade.ltd/, digi-trade.group/es/

• ALFA CAPITAL MARKET - alfacapitalmarket.com

• FOREXELITE / ELITE TRADING ACADEMY LIMITED - forexelite.trade, forexelite.trade/private, my.forexelite.trade, forexelite.co

• LONDINESBANK - londinesbank.com

• CAPITALS TIME - capitalstime.io

The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision. 

This follows CNMV's warning against eight unregistered entities​ a week before.
