Squared Holding SA Promotes Dirk van Daele as New Group Chairman

Fazzaco learned that leading global multi-asset brokerage, Squared Holding SA, has named Dirk van Daele as the company's new Group Chairman.

Dirk's appointment comes at a time when the company is committed to driving and strengthening corporate governance towards minority shareholders. Prior to this, he previously served as Board Member and Non-Executive Chairman at Squared Financial.

Dirk boasts more than 35 years of international experience in commercial banking, asset management, fundraising and investment advisory services. As seen on his Linkedin profile, he currently holds various senior roles at companies like Circlo3 Group, Dare To Lead / Liyaba Rainbow Foundation, Element 2, Sphaira Innovation AG and Better African Foods.

Dirk began his career in 1984 at Generale Bank Belgium, where he spent for over six years. Earlier in his career, he also worked at some famous brands including Barclays, UBS, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
