SquaredFinancial Bolsters Leadership Team with Six Industry-Seasoned Execs

SquaredFinancial, a multi-regulated award-winning FinTech firm offering CFDs trading, has strengthened its leadership team with six senior hires. This follows Founder and CEO Philippe Ghanem's issuing an inspiring call for talents to join his company in early September, as SquaredFinancial is embarking on an exciting phase of expansion around the globe.
The six senior appointments are as follows:
Craig Jenkins, who brings more than 16 years of expertise in Legal, AML and Compliance, has been named Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. He will oversee the consolidation and health of the compliance system for SquaredFinancial. Most recently, he was Head of Compliance of an investment firm GLOBAL TRADE CIF Ltd.
Drosoula Hadjisavva has been onboarded as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for redefining the marketing strategy and brand positioning. She brings 13 years of proven track record in heading global marketing operations across leading FinTech. She joined SquaredFinancial from a multi-asset online brokerage ThinkMarkets, where she served as Director of Marketing.
Dominique El Khoury, who boasts 12 years of experience in the trading industry, has taken on the role of Global Head of Sales and Business Development – GCC & MEA. He will spearhead the expansion of sales initiatives and business growth within the region. Prior to SquaredFinancial, he was Head of Sales and Business Development market analyst for MENA region at ATFX Global, a leading Fintech broker.
Thomas Selby has been selected to assume the role of Chief Sales Officer, with remits of leading the business development strategy to drive more revenue growth. He brings 15 years of experience in sales and business development in prime FinTech and online trading, having served as Group Chief Sales Officer at OneRoyal, an award-winning multi-licensed, broker.
Spyros Andreou has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, focused on harnessing and leveraging technology to optimize organizational and operational performance and security.
Catharine Ioannou has been named Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for steering the company's efforts to create a more inclusive workforce, nurture loyalty and foster a culture of merit and excellence. Prior to SquaredFinancial, she was Global Head of Human Resources at BDSwiss, a leading financial group offering Forex and CFD investment services.
