Srikanth Seshadri Appointed CFO of Worldline

Worldline has appointed Srikanth Seshadri as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 8, 2025. Seshadri brings a wealth of global financial expertise, having previously held leadership positions at Alstom and Arthur Andersen. His appointment comes as part of a broader reshuffling of the management team, following the departure of Gregory Lambertie, who decided to leave Worldline to pursue new opportunities.

Seshadri's track record includes significant work in complex international environments, which made him an ideal candidate for the role. Pierre-Antoine Vacheron, CEO of Worldline, expressed confidence in Seshadri's ability to help steer the company through its ongoing transformation, highlighting his experience in financial control, corporate finance, and funding.

"Srikanth's broad international background and demonstrated expertise will be highly valuable as Worldline advances its transformation and maintains its emphasis on financial discipline," Vacheron stated.

Seshadri's professional journey includes roles in corporate finance, M&A, and treasury at Alstom. He was instrumental in managing Alstom's group treasury during a period of financial restructuring, playing a key role in the company's deleveraging process. His experience in leading post-merger integrations—particularly following the acquisition of Bombardier's signaling business—will also be a crucial asset for Worldline as it looks to streamline its operations.
