St James's Place appoints Paul Manduca as Chair of the Board
St James's Place (SJP) has appointed Paul Manduca as Chair of the Board . He will succeed Iain Cornish as Chair of SJP at the conclusion of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (subject to regulatory approval).
Paul joins SJP from an eight-year tenure as Chairman of the Board of Prudential plc. Prior to Prudential plc, Paul held a number of senior leadership roles in business and financial services.
As seen from SJP' website, Paul has held a number of senior roles in the industry, including global chief executive officer of Rothschild Asset Management and European chief executive of Deutsche Asset Management. He is also one of the founding CEOs of Threadneedle Asset Management currently chairman of the Templeton Emerging Markets investment trust.
