STARTRADER Highlights Anthropic Pre-IPO CFD After Nasdaq Filing

Multi-asset broker STARTRADER has highlighted its Anthropic-linked pre-IPO contract for difference (CFD), ANTHUSD, following the artificial intelligence company’s filing for a potential Nasdaq listing.
Anthropic, the developer of Claude, filed its S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, seeking to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker ANT.
STARTRADER introduced ANTHUSD on June 29, 2026, allowing eligible clients to speculate on Anthropic’s valuation before its shares begin trading publicly. The instrument offers 24/7 trading with leverage of up to 5x, subject to jurisdictional restrictions and applicable trading conditions.
According to Anthropic’s filing, first-half 2026 revenue reached $16.3 billion, compared with $1.16 billion during the corresponding period in 2025. Second-quarter revenue totalled $11.6 billion, exceeding the company’s full-year 2025 revenue. Anthropic also reported a first-half net loss of $80.7 billion, largely reflecting a $72.4 billion non-cash charge associated with convertible notes and other financial instruments.
“The S-1 puts filed numbers behind growth the market had mostly followed through funding rounds,” said Peter Karsten, CEO of STARTRADER.
Unlike direct equity ownership, ANTHUSD provides price exposure without granting shareholders’ rights or participation in Anthropic’s potential IPO. The CFD’s pricing may also differ from Anthropic’s eventual market valuation, with liquidity constraints, wider spreads, and heightened volatility posing additional risks.
Anthropic’s proposed Nasdaq listing remains subject to regulatory approvals and prevailing market conditions.
