StoneX Completes Acquisition of Paris-Based Agricultural Brokerage

​StoneX Group has completed its acquisition of Plantureux et Associés, a Paris-based brokerage firm specializing in agricultural commodities trading, as part of its efforts to strengthen its European operations.

The deal, executed through StoneX Financial Europe GmbH, marks a key step in expanding into Europe’s largest grain-producing region and supports the U.S.-listed company’s goal of diversifying its footprint across the continent.

Founded in France, Plantureux has established a strong presence in both the physical and derivatives markets for agricultural commodities.
