Stripe Announces Acquisition of OpenChannel

The US payment services provider Stripe announced on Monday the acquisition of OpenChannel, a leading provider of app marketplace software.
OpenChannel helps clients grow their ecosystem of apps and add-ons for their digital product. As part of the acquisition, its team will join Stripe’s remote hubs, to work on ecosystem integrations, according to the official press release.
In October, Fazzaco reported that Stripe would acquire Recko, a leading provider of payments reconciliation software, to help internet businesses automate payments reconciliation.
