Sumsub Rolls Out Local Data Processing Capabilities in MEA

Sumsub, a global leader in identity verification, has introduced its Local Data Processing (LDP) capabilities in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
LDP, as described by Sumsub, is an advanced infrastructure that facilitates the secure storage and processing of applicant data and transactions within specific regions, ensuring adherence to local data privacy regulations.
Vyacheslav Zholudev, Co-founder and CTO of Sumsub, said: "Currently, we are expanding the map to include more regions in the Local Data Processing solution. The Middle East and Africa with their rapid growth of digital businesses was chosen as the forefront region to help our customers who seek compliant user and legal entity verification solutions, as well as monitoring of financial transactions and effective fraud prevention, to ultimately accelerate their business growth there."
Additionally, Sumsub also announced its integration with Chainalysis, a leading blockchain data platform, earlier this year. This strategic partnership combines Sumsub's Transaction Monitoring and Travel Rule solutions with Chainalysis' extensive blockchain analytics platform and services, providing client companies with the tools to achieve regulatory compliance, enhance data security, and streamline the monitoring of cryptocurrency transactions.
