Morgan, along with Mizuho Bank Ltd. and Waterfall Asset Management. This marks Sunbit's second major funding of this type in 2024, following a $310 million debt facility earlier this year from Citi and Ares Management.

This funding aims to support Sunbit's rapid growth and increasing demand, fueled by broader merchant adoption, embedded finance partnerships, and the expansion of its innovative no-fee credit card. Known for its transparent and fair financing options, Sunbit's BNPL technology has solidified its reputation across various consumer markets, including auto dealerships and dental services, where it holds substantial market share.

CEO Arad Levertov highlighted the company's customer-centric approach, emphasizing that Sunbit's platform allows businesses to offer consumers financing with no fees and better terms, introducing true 0% interest to many customers. The new facility enables Sunbit to expand its reach and continue its commitment to accessible financing.

With recent integrations, including a notable partnership with Stripe, and the addition of three major retail partners, Sunbit's reach has widened considerably. Chief Capital Officer James Paris pointed to 2024 as a transformative year, crediting the company's focus on consumer value and disciplined operations as key factors behind its strategic timing and significant growth trajectory.
