Swissquote Appoints Tara Yip as Chief People Officer

​​Swissquote has announced the promotion of Tara Yip, the company's long-time Head of Human Resources, to the newly created role of Chief People Officer (CPO), effective January 1, 2025. Yip's elevation underscores the company's commitment to bolstering human capital at the executive level, marking her as a critical figure in Swissquote's strategic future. Yip, who has been with Swissquote for 22 years, brings significant expertise in managing workforce development, diversity, and acquisition integrations.
