1. Swissquote​- Senior Operations Executive

Swissquote, Switzerland's leading bank in online financial services, is hiring a Senior Operations Executive.

The role holder will be responsible for all operational duties within the company, starting from coordinating client's on boarding to leading projects tracking and execution related to the Uk entity, coordinating the systems and control integration with the headquarter in Switzerland.

2. OANDA- Account Executive

OANDA, a global leader in online multi-asset trading services and currency data and analytics, is looking for an Account Executive who will be based in the London office of the company.

In the new role, you will be responsible for sales to prospective OANDA clients as well as on-boarding of new clients, introducing them to the company's platform and acting as their first point of contact. You will be helping clients throughout their live account application and increasing the number of new live trading accounts, managing client relationships and achieving quarterly targets.

3. Tickmill​ ​- Customer Support Officer

Tickmill, an award-winning, multi-regulated Forex and CFD provider, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join its rapidly expanding team to assist with all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls for the Tickmill group. 

The successful candidate will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls for the Tickmill group; and any other duty assigned by the Customer Support department.

As the Customer Support Officer, you will process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications daily; you will also be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs.

4. Fireblocks - Director of Customer Success 

Fireblocks, an enterprise-grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets, is looking for a customer experience-centric and results-driven Customer Success Director, to establish and manage its new Americas team in Boston. 

As a Customer Success Regional Director, you will be involved in all aspects of team management and strategy planning for the Americas region.

You'll be expected to use your skills and technical orientation to ensure successful onboarding of new customers, and retention of existing ones. 5. IG Group​ - Senior Digital Traffic Manager

IG Group is seeking a Senior Digital Traffic Manager. This is a key role within the marketing function and will report directly into the Design & Production Lead. The candidate will be based at its Sandton office in Johannesburg and will work closely with other Group Marketing teams based in the region.

The job duties include:

• Manage and maintain the timeous and accurate flow of work entering and leaving the creative in-house agency.

• Key contributor within the operations creative delivery team.

• Manage the interface between marketing, campaign management and stakeholder teams.

• Work with team leads and oversee the planning of creative work across the central function.

6.  FXCM​ - Compliance Reporting Specialist

FXCM is currently seeking a Compliance Reporting Specialist to its Compliance Reporting team which oversees regulatory reporting for FXCM's regulated entities.  No prior experience in regulatory reporting is required.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Implementation of monitoring practices over transaction reporting

• Understanding various regulatory reporting regimes

• Managing several key vendor relationships related to regulatory reporting

• Structuring a control environment to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the transaction reports submitted to the regulators

7. INFINOX Global - Senior Business Developer
