Less than four years after its launch, Yuh, the all-in-one financial app developed by Swissquote, has reached a significant milestone by becoming profitable, according to a Swissquote press release. As of the end of December 2024, Yuh reported its first profit of 1.7 million CHF (1.93 million USD), surpassing its initial target to break even by 2025. The app now boasts over 300,000 users and manages customer assets worth 3 billion CHF (3.41 billion USD), solidifying its position as Switzerland's leading financial app.

The app's growth has been remarkable, with a 48% increase in the number of accounts and a doubling of customer assets in 2024 alone. Markus Schwab, CEO of Yuh, attributed the success to a well-executed strategy and a strong focus on customer needs. "This success is not an excuse to rest on our laurels but rather an incentive to continue growing, challenge traditional banking, and inspire even more people with constant innovation," Schwab said.

PostFinance CEO Beat Röthlisberger, whose company is a partner in the venture, expressed pride in Yuh's achievements. "Becoming the most popular finance app in Switzerland in record time is a great achievement. We look forward to seeing what Yuh will achieve next," Röthlisberger commented.

Marc Bürki, CEO of Swissquote, emphasized the company's commitment to sustainable growth and innovation. "Yuh's success shows that we are ideally positioned to continue to grow and drive innovation. With a clear strategy and the right drive, we will continue to set new standards in the financial world," Bürki stated.
