Sylvia Zhou Appointed as Chinese Marketing Executive at CMC Markets APAC & Canada

Sylvia Zhou has been hired as Chinese Marketing Executive at CMC Markets APAC & Canada.

As seen on her linkedIn profile, Sylvia joins CMC Markets from FXTRADING.com, a leading Australian FX broker, where she served as Marketing Coordinator from December 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, she worked as an intern in China-based Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd for three month.

Sylvia earned her Bachelor's Degree of Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from UNSW in 2019.

The company announced a number of senior personnel changes recently. Earlier this month, the broker named Kim Ljung Andersen​ as Head of Institutional Product Solutions, following the appointment of Sam Horowitz as Head of FX Distribution & Liquidity Management and Susanne Chishti​ as Non-Executive Director. Furthermore, James Ignatius was appointed as Junior Relationship Manager - Alpha Stockbroking at CMC Markets in May, and Joshua Kelly​ was promoted as Senior Client Services Executive in April.
