SZSE and PSE Sign New MoU to Deepen Market Connectivity

The SZSE (Shenzhen Stock Exchange) and PSE (Philippine Stock Exchange) have signed an updated MoU agreeing to deepen their collaboration on capital markets.
The MoU updates an MoU signed between in 2009, which the two exchanges have used to cooperate in the areas of executive visits, personnel exchanges, information sharing, and mutual display of products.
The updated MoU will allow for deeper cooperation on market cultivation and promotion, cross-border investment and financing services, index compilation and product cooperation, market development and IT capacity building.
Through the MoU, the two exchanges jointly develop a model for opening up cross-border investment between the Chinese and Philippine capital markets.
To date, SZSE has signed MoU with over 50 overseas institutions around the world, aiming at strengthening its cooperation with the global capital market in the areas such as personnel exchanges, information sharing and product development.
