This transition follows the notification from current CFO, Mr. Landreville, regarding his health concerns and intention to retire at the end of the year, contingent upon finding a suitable successor.

Mr. Couturier joined Tenet as the Director of Finance in September 2024, with the expectation that he would take over the CFO position. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and brings a wealth of experience to Tenet. His career began at KPMG, where he transitioned from auditing to the due diligence department, overseeing numerous buy-side due diligence processes for mid-market transactions across diverse industries, including software and SaaS sectors.

After his tenure at KPMG, Mr. Couturier became part of Triton Advisory Services, an international advisory firm, where he played a key role in several high-value divestitures in the mining industry in both Europe and Canada. He also contributed to various business advisory initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and reporting, particularly in preparation for public offerings. Most recently, he held several fractional CFO and controllership positions within the software industry, including roles at publicly traded companies.

Tenet's CEO, Johnson Joseph, expressed enthusiasm about Mr. Couturier's appointment while acknowledging the adjustment that will come with Mr. Landreville stepping down. "We are excited to welcome Mr. Couturier as our new CFO. However, transitioning away from Mr. Landreville's leadership will require some adaptation," he stated. He extended gratitude to Mr. Landreville for his significant contributions to the company, especially during challenging times. "His efforts and dedication have been instrumental in guiding Tenet through its most difficult periods. He will surely be missed," Joseph added.

To facilitate a smooth transition, Mr. Landreville has agreed to serve as a consultant for Tenet until the end of April 2025, providing support to Mr. Couturier as he acclimates to his new responsibilities. The company looks forward to leveraging Mr. Couturier's expertise as it continues its journey towards achieving its strategic goals.
