TFB brings DEXA’s AI-powered risk intelligence into Trade Processor bridge

TFB, a leading liquidity bridge provider, today announced the integration of DEXA’s AI-powered risk intelligence and analytics with Trade Processor, bringing intelligence directly into the execution process in real time. For the first time in the market, TFB connects liquidity, execution and trader intelligence in a single infrastructure, taking brokerage execution beyond simply processing trades to making highly informed decisions about every flow.
Trade Processor brings automated execution, liquidity connectivity, routing and A/B-Book risk management, while DEXA provides continuous trader classification and behavioural intelligence, identifying toxic and valuable flow as it emerges. By integrating the two, TFB and DEXA connect trader intelligence directly to execution, enabling the infrastructure to automatically determine how each flow should be handled based on the behaviour behind it, rather than relying on static rules or manual intervention.
“After more than 15 years of building technology for brokers, I’ve seen the same gap across the industry: knowing what a trader is doing and being able to act on it have always been two different things,” said Alexey Kutsenko, CEO of TFB and DEXA. “We integrated Trade Processor with DEXA to bring those two worlds together, giving brokers the ability to understand who is behind every trade, automatically respond to that behaviour, and make better decisions about the flow that drives their business.”
With the integration, DEXA’s AI-powered behavioural intelligence feeds directly into Trade Processor’s routing, execution and risk management infrastructure. DEXA identifies and classifies trader behaviour from as early as the third trade and continuously updates its assessment as behaviour changes.
As trader behaviour evolves, Trade Processor can adapt routing and risk responses accordingly. Toxic flow, latency arbitrage and other behavioural patterns can be identified in real time, with automated controls applying the appropriate response without manual intervention. The integration also gives brokers greater visibility into the performance of their routing strategy. Real execution prices, actual fills and markups replace estimates, giving brokers a clear view of what their A/B-Book and routing decisions actually delivered.
Trade Processor × DEXA moves brokerage infrastructure beyond processing trades to understanding the business behind them, helping brokers route more intelligently, control risk automatically and retain more of the value their flow generates. The integration is pre-built, giving brokers access to both technologies through a single connected infrastructure layer, streamlined onboarding and one vendor relationship.
