TFX's Click 365 Sees 16.4% MoM Decline in FX Trading Volume in November

The Tokyo Financial Exchange (TFX), the operator of multiple Japanese trading venues, has posted its trading volumes for November 2022, revealing a decrease in the demand for the derivatives of foreign exchange compared to the prior month.

The total trading volume of FX Daily Futures contracts (Click 365) was 3,025,504 ( -16.4% MoM / +0.3% YoY ) and its average daily trading volume was 137,526. 

The total trading volume of Equity Index Daily Futures contracts (Click kabu 365) was 5,351,720 ( -35.4% MoM / +50.3% YoY ) and its average daily trading volume was 243,261.

The trading volume of Three-month Euroyen futures was 0 ( MoM / -100.0% YoY ) and its average daily volume was 0.

The total trading volume of FX Clearing was 4,556,212 and its average daily volume was 207,101. And its open position amount at end of the month was 575,139 thousand US dollar.

​Combined trading volume for all TFX products was 12,933,436(-25.6%MoM /-0.5%YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 587,888.
