TFX's Click 365 Trading Volume Witnesses 43.3% Monthly Drop in April 2023

The Tokyo Financial Exchange (TFX), the operator of multiple Japanese trading venues, today published its trading volume for April 2023, revealing a significant decrease of 43.3% in the trading volume of Click 365 compared to the prior month.

​The total trading volume of FX Daily Futures contracts (Click 365) was 1,897,088 (-43.3% MoM / -41.7% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 94,854.

The total trading volume of Equity Index Daily Futures contracts (Click kabu 365) was 3,884,775 (-52.6% MoM / -7.4% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 194,740.

The trading volume of Interest Rate Futures contracts was 11,463 (+414.7% MoM / +19,005.0% YoY) and its average daily volume was 573. (Trading of Option on three-month Euroyen futures has been suspended since March 20,2023.)

The total trading volume of FX Clearing was 15,261,092 and its average daily volume was 763,055. And its open position amount at end of the month was 529,413 thousand US dollar.

Combined trading volume for all TFX products was 21,054,418 (-16.5% MoM / -7.2% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 1,053,222.
