ThinkMarkets CFO Harshad Kale Departs, Joins Cavendish Renewable Technology

Fazzaco learned that Harshad Kale has ended his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ThinkMarkets, an online brokerage firm with headquarters in London and Melbourne, after spending more than eight years with the company.

Kale boasts 20 years of industry experience in financial services, global trading platforms, engineering, and international trade. As seen on his Linkedin profile, Kale joined ThinkMarkets as CFO in 2014. Prior to this, he worked as Financial Controller at Rockwell Olivier, an Australian-based firm owned by publicly listed ILH Group Limited, where he spent for one year. Before that, he was Financial Controller at CHS Group. Over the course of his career, he also held positions at companies like National Australia Bank, Khimij Group and Cummins Inc.. 

After resignation, he moved to Cavendish Renewable Technology, an Australian company with a mission to develop and produce high-performance electrolysis technology with lower CAPEX to produce green hydrogen, as the company's CFO this month.

In October, ThinkMarkets has obtained a license​ in Cyprus through the acquisition of a local licensed entity, for the purpose of serving its clients in the EU region from the Cyprus office. The company has already acquired the local entity, A-Conversio Capital Ltd, in 2019, which has been rebranded to TF Global Markets (Europe) Ltd now, reportedly. The firm explained that it was not set about hiring, and onboarding and serving clients in Cyprus until earlier this year, on account of the COVID pandemic.
