This Prop Firm Announces Operations Suspension for 45 Days

Funded Nation, a proprietary trading firm, has announced a 45-day suspension of all sales and trading activities, citing a significant dashboard upgrade. The decision, unveiled on December 6 via a letter from CEO and founder Karthik S. Rajanna, aims to enhance the user experience for its traders.
"At Funded Nation, we are constantly striving to provide the best possible experience for our traders," Rajanna wrote. "To achieve this, we are excited to announce a major upgrade to our dashboard, designed to bring you enhanced features, improved usability, and a seamless trading experience."
During the suspension, the firm assured customers that pending payouts would be processed within a week and offered refunds for those unwilling to wait.
However, the announcement has drawn mixed reactions. While the company frames the move as an enhancement effort, some traders expressed skepticism. Comments on social media and trading forums allege delays in payouts predating the suspension, with some accusing the firm of using the upgrade as an excuse.
Funded Nation has faced operational challenges in the past. In March 2023, it was affected by BlueBerry Markets' decision to restrict grey-labeling its MetaTrader licenses to proprietary trading firms. Despite overcoming that hurdle, traders now await the promised upgrades and hope the firm will honor its commitments by early 2025.
