Tom San Pietro Becomes FXSpotStream Interim CEO, Succeeding Alan Schwarz

FXSpotStream, which provides a multibank Forex and precious metals streaming service, has selected Tom San Pietro to take on the role of interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Alan Schwarz, who serves as CEO at the company currently, has decided to end his tenure on February 1st.
Tom has served the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since he joined in September 2017. Prior to FXSpotStream, he was at Thomson Reuters, responsible for building the firm's next generation FX trading desktop and trading APIs. Between January 2012 and March 2013, he was Head of Product Management at FXall, an electronic trading platform that was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2012. Before the acquisition, he served the entity as Head of Active Trading.
Besides, Tom has spent more than six years at LavaFX prior to its acquisition by FXall in 2012, with roles including CTO then CEO. Earlier in his career, he also held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Work Technologies, and Chase Manhattan Bank.
