Tools for Brokers (TFB) and TRAction have announced a partnership focused on integrating their respective platforms to address regulatory reporting requirements in financial markets.

The integration will connect TRAction's trade reporting service with TFB's Trade Processor, a liquidity bridge and data management tool used by brokerages and hedge funds. According to the companies, the collaboration is intended to facilitate compliance with regulatory regimes such as EMIR, MiFIR, ASIC, and Best Execution Monitoring.

The firms stated that the integration aims to improve processes related to onboarding, data flow, and regulatory submissions. The offering is positioned as a combined solution that allows clients to automate aspects of trade reporting through the Trade Processor interface.

Alexey Kutsenko, CEO of Tools for Brokers, said the move is in response to compliance-related demands faced by clients. "Reporting and compliance remain among the most important, and often most complex, challenges our clients face," Kutsenko said. "With this integration, we're strengthening the existing reporting capabilities of Trade Processor by adding direct access to automated, regulator-compliant reporting."

Quinn Perrot, co-CEO of TRAction, said the integration fits with the company's existing focus. "TFB's Trade Processor is a powerful solution that aligns perfectly with TRAction's mission to simplify trade reporting," he said.

Tools for Brokers offers a platform that includes execution, liquidity aggregation, and analytics tools. TRAction provides delegated trade and transaction reporting services and acts as an intermediary between financial firms and regulatory bodies through licensed trade repositories and approved reporting mechanisms.
