Trading 212's Group Chief Compliance Officer Darren Dale Departs

Fazzaco learned that the online Forex and CFD broker Trading 212​ has seen the departure of Group Chief Compliance Officer Darren Dale. Darren has spent just nine months at the company.

Currently, he is looking for a new role, according to his LinkedIn post.

Prior to Trading 212, Darren has been with the brokerage ADSS for more than four years ,as Head of Compliance & MLRO. Preciously, he spent a short time at Arrow Shipbroking Group as Head of Legal and Compliance, and at the global Forex and CFD broker FXCM as Deputy Head of Compliance UK and EU.

Between September 2015 and July 2017, Darren was at Cornhill Capital, a leading independent investment company, as Head of Group Compliance. Before that, he worked as Head of Compliance at City Credit Capital, a leading Forex and CFD broker.

Earlier, Darren has spent six years and three months at Independent Compliance Consultant as Consultant. Besides, he also served Financial Partners Group Ltd as Head of Group Legal and Compliance for over six years.

From July 2005 to September 2009, he was at ELS LLP as Senior Partner and Head of Corporate, Commercial and Financial Service.
