Trading Volumes Rebound at Saxo Bank in September, FX Volume Jumps 33.6%

Fazzaco learned that Saxo Bank has released its trading volumes on the platform for September 2022, showing a positive uptick in demand.
According to the latest figures, the total trading volume for the month came in $444.4 billion, increasing 42.5 percent on a month-to-month basis from August's $311.8 billion. Additionally, the total average daily volume in September was $20.2 billion, which was 48.5 percent higher than last month's $13.6 billion.
Saxo Bank reported that the average daily volume for forex trading in September was $6.7 billion and total FX trading volume for the month came in at $146.7 billion. That was a month-over-month jump of 33.6 percent compared to last month's $109.8 billion.
Moreover, commodities and equities markets also saw a rise in demand, bringing a total of $39.5 billion and $247.8 billion in monthly volumes, respectively. Fixed income market demand also increased from the previous month's $8.5 billion to $10.5 billion.
