TradingView Adds New Chart Type Volume Candles

As requested by numerous users, TradingView has gone ahead and added a new type of chart — Volume candles to enable traders to visually check out the volume of trades for each candle.

With this new chart type, traders can see candlesticks, but the width of each candle is based on the trading volume during that candle’s formation period. So, the greater the trading volume during the formation period, the wider the candle.

Users can choose Volume candles as a chart type from the menu on the top toolbar. The new chart type is available to users with a Premium subscription or higher.
