TRG Screen Adds AI Assist to PEAR Platform

TRG Screen has introduced a new artificial intelligence feature called AI Assist within its PEAR platform, a knowledge base used widely for exchange policy and pricing information. The addition aims to simplify one of the more challenging areas of market data management: exchange licensing.
The new function allows users to ask plain-language questions and receive immediate, context-aware answers. TRG Screen said the responses are sourced from its proprietary database, which is continuously maintained by in-house experts. The feature was developed internally and tested with clients before launch.
Amjad Zoghbi, recently appointed as the company's Head of AI, described exchange licensing as "one of the most complicated areas for market data teams," noting that mistakes in this area can prove expensive. He added that embedding AI into PEAR provides professionals with "speed and confidence, while ensuring responses are accurate and grounded in validated policy data."
The company outlined several benefits of AI Assist, including cutting down hours of manual searching, refining unclear queries into precise answers, and providing audit-ready records of conversations. Suzanne Ward, Chief Product Officer, said the new capability is "a perfect example of how we're using AI to complement and advance our core functionality."
PEAR already serves as a widely used repository for exchange requirements. The latest upgrade demonstrates TRG Screen's strategy of weaving AI into both internal processes and client-facing tools. Ward said the company expects to introduce additional AI-powered features across its product suite in the months ahead.
