Trive Elevates Ali Cagdas Tuna to Chief Risk Officer

Trive, a the Netherlands-based group of financial companies providing global investment and credit services, has promoted Ali Cagdas Tuna to Chief Risk Officer, responsible for risk operations in Malta, including directly managing the company's risk department as well as directing and controlling all risk-related activities.

Cagdas Tuna, a financial markets expert with more than 10 years professional experience, has been with Trive since July 2021, when he joined as Senior Trader & Risk Manager. Prior to this, he was at financial services conglomerate Global Kapital Group, focused on monitoring the group's market exposure based on CFDs, commodities and FX, developing hedge strategies and trade recommendations, etc.

From February 2019 to March 2020, Cagdas Tuna was at an FX futures firm as Senior Risk Manager, with remits of following both high net worth and retail clients trading activities, and executing hedge orders to minimize risky exposure, etc.

Previously, he held positions including Senior Trader at a global market maker GKFX Prime, Trader at an investment house Tera Europe Ltd, Risk Specialist at an FX trading platfprm Tera FX. In addition, he also served as an Analyst at GCM Forex, a Turkish Forex and CFD broker.

In April, Trive has hired Doron Rozenberg​, a former Head of Marketing DACH at Binance, as Marketing Director Europe.
