TrueLayer Secures Ossama Soliman as New CPO

TrueLayer, a leading technology company providing secure, global access to financial infrastructure, announced a new appointment of former Amazon and American Express executive, Ossama Soliman, as its first chief product officer.

Ossama's appointment arrives a month after TrueLayer secured $25 million in Series C funding.

According to the company, Ossama will define and lead product strategy at TrueLayer as it continue the global expansion. An engineer at heart, Ossama previously led product and strategy for American Express, and more recently, built Business Lending at Amazon from scratch.

Ossama joins TrueLayer from Amazon, where he spent more than 4 years. Before that, Ossama spent nearly 8 years at American Express where he most recently served as the Director Product Management, according to his Linkedln profile.
