Trulioo and Capital.com Announce Strategic Partnership to Streamline Onboarding

Trulioo, a leading identity platform has announced a strategic partnership with Capital.com, a rapidly expanding retail trading platform. This collaboration aims to support Capital.com's global growth by streamlining and simplifying its client onboarding process.

Capital.com, which saw client trading volumes exceed $1 trillion in 2023, is recognized as one of the fastest-growing trading platforms worldwide. Since the beginning of its partnership with Trulioo in early 2023, Capital.com has expanded its use of Trulioo's Person Match service to 17 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Latin America.

The integration of Trulioo's Person Match identity verification capability has resulted in faster client onboarding in key markets. Specifically, Capital.com has been able to verify and onboard 80% more new customers in Latin America and 28% more in Asia.

Trulioo leverages its market expertise and performs continuous reviews of match rates, job processing speeds, and pricing for thousands of data source configurations across various countries and demographics. This tailored approach to data science has enabled Capital.com to achieve optimal performance, expedited onboarding, and enhanced ease of use for its customers.
