Trulioo Names Leigh Ramsden as New Chief Financial Officer

Trulioo, a leading global identity and business verification provider specializing in AML and KYC compliance, announced that Leigh Ramsden will join the company as New Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to his new role, he worked as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Absolute Software for 11 months.

Mr. Ramsden brings more than 20 years of financial analysis and progressive leadership experience to Trulioo and will succeed Anne Lawlor, who will be retiring after serving the company for more than eight years. Ms. Lawlor will remain an advisor to the company to ensure a smooth transition.

In his new role, Mr. Ramsden will report to the CEO and lead all aspects of Trulioo’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, financial operations, capital planning, tax, treasury, and investor relations.
