UK FCA Issues Warning Against 23 Unauthorized Companies

The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) last week (September 15 - 19, 2025) issued warnings against 23 new companies that are soliciting customers in the UK jurisdiction without any licenses or are clones of authorized platforms.

According to the regulator, only 1 of the warned entities is clone, and the other 22 are unauthorized firms. The below are the clone entities:
