UK FCA Issues Warning Against 24 Unauthorized Companies

The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) last week (June 30 - July 4, 2025) issued warnings against 24 new companies that are soliciting customers in the UK jurisdiction without any licenses or are clones of authorized platforms.

According to the regulator, 1 of the warned entities is a clone, and the other 23 are unauthorized firms. The below is the clone entities:
