United Fintech Appoints First Chief People Officer

United Fintech has announced the appointment of Anders Peter Kierbye Johansen as its Chief People Officer (CPO). This marks a newly created role within the company's Executive Leadership Team. Based in Copenhagen, Johansen will report directly to founder and CEO Christian Frahm and will be responsible for leading the group's people strategy across its multiple global offices, including locations in London, Copenhagen, New York, Singapore, and Dubai.

According to a company statement, Johansen's mandate will focus on building a unified and scalable organizational culture and improving operational efficiency throughout United Fintech and its partner companies. CEO Christian Frahm commented on the appointment, stating, "Great companies are built by extraordinary people and fuelled by exceptional culture. Anders brings a rare combination of experience and instinct for building high-performance teams and unlocking their full potential during hyper-growth. Johansen brings over two decades of experience in leadership roles within rapidly growing organizations. His previous roles include Chief People and Culture Officer at the Mærsk McKinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, where he oversaw organizational scaling and culture development. He also spent nine years as Global HR Director at Unity Technologies, where he was involved in the company's growth from 200 to 8,000 employees and managed the integration of several acquisitions, as well as supporting Unity's 2020 IPO.
