USGFX Rebrands to United Strategic International

Fazzaco learned that the Union Standard International Group Pty Limited (USGFX) has announced its rebranding to United Strategic International Group. 

The broker currently operates three licensed entities in United Kingdom, South Africa, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. These local subsidiaries will be known as United Strategic International Limited (USG UK), United Strategic International (Pty) Ltd (USG SA), and United Strategic International LLC (USG SV) respectively.

The group’s main website which serves offshore clients has been changed from usgfx.global to usgforex.com. The usgfx.com and usgfx.com.au websites still belong to the bankrupt Australia company.

USG UK still lists its name (and is listed in the FCA register) as Union Standard International Group Limited, operating the website usgfx.co.uk. These information are expected to change as well in due course once regulatory approval is received. 

Back to June 2020, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) announced the suspension of AFS license of USGFX, then the Australian regulator cancelled the license after two months.
