Takeprofit is a tech company building plugins, applications and services for MT4/5, and it specializes in server-side brokerage risk management solutions.
Fazzaco is honored to introduce Valerie Styazhkova, the Product Manager of Takeprofit Hub. She shares her insightful ideas on forex tech solutions.
Fazzaco: Please give us a brief introduction to Takeprofit Tech and your main business.
Valerie: We develop software for Forex markets. 30 specialists with up to 10 years of industry experience work for our company. We provide custom development and also have a range of ready-made products for:
- liquidity management, aggregation and risks, like Takeprofit Liquidity Hub,
- trader attraction, like Bonus Cashback or Flax Rebate,
- passive and active money management, like EasyMam or Copy Trader,
- dealing, like Virtual dealer or Dynamic Leverage.
- and lots of others - 58 solutions in total.
Right now, as we speak, our STP solutions are processing $200 billion monthly. And we have 151 clients worldwide.
Fazzaco: You are a tech-specialized company. What's your advantage over other brokers that provide similar technologies?
Valerie: Our advantages are intelligent development and outstanding tech support.
As for the development - our experience, an understanding of the industry and close communications with market participants allow us to reduce development time and project costs and come up with precise suggestions instead of thoughtlessly doing what the client asks and let it be.
Also we are constantly improving our products and releasing updates for our major products at least once a month.
Our tech support agents get the best reviews from our clients. First of all, our tech support response time is 15 minutes - twice as fast as the market average. Second, they aim to solve the client's problem whether or not it's connected to our solution. And third, they consider the client's task unsolved until the client confirms it.
Fazzaco: Could you please tell us more about your liquidity hub? How do you ensure forex brokers can connect to stable feeds?
Valerie: Takeprofit Liquidity Hub is a comprehensive order management system for regulating liquidity streams, aggregation logic, and risks. It integrates all the principles that guide our company in developing solutions: flexibility, simplicity and care. We really do care about our customers and their business. That's why our team provides 24/7 support, system monitoring, server health checks and the customization option to ensure that it brings stability and value to our clients' business.
We're constantly improving Takeprofit Hub to keep up with market trends and our customers' requirements. Our recent big updates: integration with Binance crypto exchange for futures and spot trading, advanced risk management rules to finetune B-book execution, give-up function to copy trades from client's margin account to the MT4 account.
Fazzaco: In your opinion, what are the Top 3 technologies a broker should have to outstand in the market?
Valerie:
Unique promotions via bonus campaigns or money management services, since the real challenge is to provide unique opportunities to traders and stand out among other brokers.
Direct access to high-tier liquidity sources for quality execution.
Post-trade execution reports to clients for transparency.
Fazzaco: You provide a wide range of tech products. Which one is the most popular among brokers?
Valerie: Forex brokerage is a highly competitive and risky business. So, we can see an interest in our risk management products. As well in the solutions that allow brokers to attract and involve traders in trading, like EasyMAM or Flex Rebate.
Fazzaco: Can you foresee the trend of cryptocurrencies? As an increasing number of brokers are offering crypto assets, will crypto liquidity market face more challenges?
Valerie: Yes, definitely. The core issues of the current crypto liquidity is the lack of transparency and direct market access. When you make a crypto transaction, everyone can see the record on blockchain. But when you trade cryptos in a brokerage, you don't even know the price at which they were executed at. That's why brokers should look into integrating directly with crypto exchanges as liquidity sources and provide post-trade execution reports to clients.
