Vikeshkumar Purohit Promoted as Head of UK and DACH Markets at ActivTrades

Fazzaco learned that ActivTrades, a pioneer in online trading, has promoted Vikeshkumar Purohit as the Head of UK and DACH Markets.

Purohit has a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. The promotion marks the latest upward move for Purohit. He has worked at ActivTrades as Senior Account Manager since 2019, a role he held up until this month, paving the way for his promotion.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, he originally joined ActivTrades in 2014 for sales. After spending nearly three years with the role, Purohit served as Sales Manager DACH-Region at London Capital Group. After that, he had a 10-month stint at ATFX as a Senior Sales Manager, where he was responsible for establishing new market within the DACH-Region.

His career started in 2013 at the leading brokerage company IG, working with IG's trading services desk for Germany. Six months later, he joined HCA International Ltd as Senior Temporary Staffing Coordinator.

ActivTrades is headquartered in London together with offices in Milan, Nassau, Sofia and Luxembourg. The broker saw turnover and profit for the first half of 2022 exceed expectations​ with H1 results even better than at this stage in 2020, with estimated revenues of £32m (already higher than whole of 2021) and profit before tax of £19m.
