Virtu Financial Appoints Joanne M. Minieri as An Independent Director

Virtu Financial, a leading provider of financial services and products, yesterday announced the appointment of Joanne M. Minieri as an independent director, effective immediately.  

Joanne brings more than 37 years’ experience in senior leadership positions in the real estate and financial services sectors, including professional accounting, and tax and consulting services for both public and private companies.   

Joanne currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President of RXR Realty (RXR) and Chief Operating Officer of RXR Development Services and RXR Construction Services. Prior to joining RXR, Joanne previously worked at Suffolk County Economic Development and Planning, where she spent for over 4 years. During her career, Joanne has triumphed in the role of Forest City Ratner Companies' Predesident since 1994.
