Voyager Digital Ltd. (Voyager) announced today its voluntary delisting of common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Currently, trading in the company's shares has been halted by the TSX.

The move is in response to the TSX notifying Voyager that the TSX would be conducting a review of the eligibility for continued listing on TSX of Voyager's common shares as a result of Voyager and its main operating subsidiaries filing voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York., according to the official press release.

Also, Voyager has been informed that it doesn’t qualify for the OTCQX International as a result of its bankruptcy filing. Its shares will trade on the OTC Pink Sheets, effective today, but are suspended on the OTC due to the TSX trading halt and delisting review.

The crypto broker is set to apply to the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) to transition the trading of its common shares from the TSX to the CSE. However, the successful application is not sure, the firm says.

Voyager filed for bankruptcy late Tuesday, becoming the second high-profile crypto firm to do so in recent days. The company estimated that it had more than 100,000 creditors and somewhere between $1 and $10 billion in assets. It also recorded the same range for its liabilities.
