Voyager Digital was founded in 2018, offering a secure way to invest and trade in over 60 different crypto assets and providing crypto payment solutions for both consumers and merchants around the globe.

When a company gets listed on TSX, it complies with one of the requirements to be added into specific indices like S&P/TSX Composite Index and related exchange-traded products (ETFs).

Final approval of the listing is subject to the company meeting certain customary conditions required by the TSX. Voyager will officially announce when the trading of Voyager common shares is expected to commence on the TSX.

Upon completion of the final listing requirements, Voyager will voluntarily delist its common shares from  the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). VOYG will be the new ticker symbol for trading on the TSX.

"It’s a great accomplishment for Voyager that the TSX has conditionally approved our listing on the TSX,” said Steve Ehrlich, CEO and Co-founder of Voyager. “With Voyager’s crypto trading platform generating revenue and cash flow at an accelerating pace, we feel it's time to uplist so that we can increase our exposure to a larger investor universe.”
