Webull Corporation (Webull), the owner of the leading retail brokerage platform Webull Financial LLC, yesterday announced that Anthony Denier, former Webull US CEO, has been promoted to the position of Group President, responsible for managing the company's regulated business across the globe, including all licensed broker-dealers.
In his new role, Denier will continue to accelerate Webull's strategy initiatives, including expanding its US headquarters and gaining access to capital markets worldwide. Futhermore, he will also oversee Webull's external communications, reinforce corporate governance, and enhance global compliance efforts and culture.
Anthony Denier said: "In a short amount of time, Webull has grown exponentially across the world. With retail investing constantly changing, Webull prides itself on innovative offerings that provide users with seamless trading experiences. I am grateful to my team who consistently goes above and beyond to create best-in-class products and look forward to overseeing Webull's continued success."
Denier joined Webull as US CEO in July 2017 and is one of the founding members of Webull US, which is one of the core entities of the business. Prior to that, he served as CEO of LXM USA LLP at LXM GroupLXM, a London-based privately owned financial services provider, for over four years. Denier had also previously held leading roles in trading firms such as JonesTrading, ING, and Numis Securities. He started his career in June 2000 at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked as an Associate for the International Sales Trading Desk.
Last month, Fazzaco reported that Webull had appointed Arianne Adams as its new Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Derivatives.
