“We're Doing our Best to Provide the Safest Place to Trade” FXPRIMUS’s Daniel Takieddine Talks

The iFX EXPO Dubai on 19th -20th May is underway. Today we’ve invited Daniel Takieddine, Mena Region Sales Head of FXPRIMUS , for interview. He talked about the biggest pros of FXPRIMUS is to do our best to provide the safest place to trade and our teams work restlessly to provide top quality services. 

Fazzaco: Hi Daniel, thank you for joining Fazzaco. Could you please make a brief introduction about yourself and your company?

Daniel Takieddine: I’m Mena head Fxprimus. At FXPRIMUS we take pride in being one of the most secure online trading environments in the trading industry. Operating since 2009, FXPRIMUS offers market-leading innovations and rewards for traders of all experience levels with opportunities to be sustainably successful in the online trading of forex, commodities, energies indices and crypto. Fazzaco: You're going to attend iFX EXPO. Where is your booth? And why did you attend the EXPO?

Daniel Takieddine: I am indeed excited to be participating in the upcoming iFX EXPO. You can find FXPRIMUS at booth no. 54. Feel free to come by to chat with me or another member of the FXPRIMUS team and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Fazzaco: What are your biggest edges over other brokers？

Daniel Takieddine: We give great emphasis in doing our best to provide the safest place to trade and our teams work restlessly to provide top quality services. FXPRIMUS is the first brokerage to appoint a third party to supervise the withdrawal requests of client accounts. This is an extra expense we pay to ensure our clients’ safety of funds.

Fazzaco: Bitcoin/crypto is very hot this year. Have you added the products into your offerings this year? 

Daniel Takieddine: It is no secret that this was the year for crypto and that is the reason we decided to add these products into our portfolio. We like to resonate with our clients and stay up to date with all the trends. And, I have to say, it has worked incredibly well so far.

Fazzaco: What's your goal this year? And how about your goal next year?

Daniel Takieddine: Our goal this year is to keep building out and providing our clients and partners new and exciting products that will help them to bolster their portfolio.

As for next year, we have a lot of new projects in the pipeline, all focused on providing the best possible experience to all of our clients and partners, we are very excited about what the future of Primus looks like, and we cannot wait to share them with you all when the time is right.

Fazzaco: How do you deal with the post-covid challenges?

Daniel Takieddine: Covid has made the entire world take a good look at ourselves, and see how we fit within this world. The same applies to many companies, from the smallest mom and pop operations, right up to global power houses. This introspection has allowed us to reconnect with ourselves, as well as learn new ways of reaching out and interacting with others.

It is the combination of these new techniques and the old school way of operating that have allowed us to build out a strategy for managing our business in a post Covid world.

It is using new channels to communicate, whilst enhancing our traditional messaging that have allowed us to deal with most of the challenges that have come our way. The world still has a very long way to go before we return to any sense of normality as it was pre-Covid, but we believe that these new techniques are here to stay, and will only help to bolster our business in the long term.
