Wise Delivers Growth in All Key Financial Metrics for FY23

The global payment technology company Wise​ has achieved a strong performance for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 (FY23), with revenue up 51% from FY22 to £846.1 million.

For the fiscal year, Wise has generated income of £964.2 million, with gross proft of £638.2 million. Both enjoyed a yearly increase of 73%.

Adjusted EBITDA surged from £121.4 million in FY22 to £283.6 million, represneting a rise of 97%. Free cash flow went up 88% from £113.3 million to £213.3 million.

"Our strong growth and continued profitability are a direct result of our focus on our mission and our customers," Kristo Käärmann, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wise, commented.

Besides, Wise had around 10 million active clients in FY23, 34% more than FY22's 7.4 million. Specifically, the individual and business customers reached 9.4 million and 0.52 million, growing 35% and 27%, recpectively. Wise helped these customers move £104.5 billion during the year, comapred to that of £76.4 billion in the prior fiscal year.
